Global Shipping Policy

  Global Shipping Policy

  Effective Date: Jun 13 2026

  Company: WEISS Machinery

We serve customers in multiple countries and regions. Product availability, warehouse location, shipping method, delivery timeframe, and shipping cost may vary depending on the destination, product type, inventory status, and carrier availability. Access to our website from a country or region does not guarantee that all products are available for sale or shipment to that location.

If you have questions about shipping options, delivery timeframes, or international orders, please Contact Us before placing your order.

  1. Order Processing and Warehouse Fulfillment

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and inventory verification. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, order size, customization requirements, and shipping method.

Orders may be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse or China warehouse. Products available in our U.S. warehouse in City of Industry, California, typically arrive within 5–10 business days for shipments within the contiguous United States. Products shipped from our China warehouse in Nanjing, China, including most international orders, may take approximately one to three months from order shipment, depending on product availability, production status, customs clearance, carrier schedules, and the final delivery location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  2. Non-Freight Items

Non-freight items, including certain parts, accessories, and smaller products, may be shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other parcel or ground carriers within the contiguous United States unless otherwise specified.

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on product value, size, weight, destination, and carrier rates. Due to oversize or weight restrictions, some non-freight items may require additional shipping and handling charges or may be shipped by freight carrier.

  3. International Shipping

International orders must be confirmed with us before shipment. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, customs requirements, and total shipping costs will be quoted based on the destination and product weights.

Orders shipped outside the United States are generally fulfilled from our China warehouse. Shipping methods and delivery timeframes vary by destination, product availability, customs clearance, and carrier arrangements.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

  4. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Incoterms

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, storage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier.

If a specific Incoterm applies to an international order, it will be stated on the quotation, pro forma invoice, commercial invoice, or written sales agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, international shipments are not shipped DDP, and customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage fees, and other destination charges.

  5. Delivery Timeframes and Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be delayed due to production schedules, export documentation, customs clearance, inspections, port congestion, carrier delays, holidays, weather, remote delivery locations, or other factors outside our control.

If an item is out of stock, backordered, or requires production, we will provide an estimated availability or shipping date when available. Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production schedules, supplier delays, customs clearance, carrier availability, or other factors outside our control.

  6. Freight and Heavy Equipment Delivery

Large or heavy equipment may be shipped by truck freight, LTL freight, ocean freight, or other freight methods depending on the destination and product specifications.

Freight delivery may be curbside, port-to-port, door-to-door, or terminal pickup depending on the agreed shipping arrangement. Door-to-door delivery does not include unloading, indoor delivery, unpacking, placement, assembly, or installation unless expressly agreed in writing.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for unloading. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer is responsible for unloading equipment, forklifts, loading docks, pallet jacks, labor, indoor movement, placement, installation, and any required permits.

  7. Liftgate, Unloading, and Special Handling

Liftgate service, inside delivery, appointment delivery, special handling, or installation services may be available in some locations for an additional fee, but availability is not guaranteed.

These services must be requested and confirmed before shipment. Installation service is not included in standard shipping and may not be available in all locations.

Liftgate service only lowers the shipment from the truck to ground level. It does not include moving the product indoors, unpacking, placement, assembly, installation, or removal of packaging materials.

  8. Additional Carrier Fees

Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, remote areas, appointment delivery, redelivery, storage, special handling, fuel surcharges, or other carrier-imposed fees.

These charges may be added to the order or billed separately when applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact name, phone number, and any delivery instructions required by the carrier. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, failed delivery attempts, redelivery, storage, or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping information.

  9. Tracking Information

When available, tracking information or carrier details will be provided after the order has shipped.

For freight shipments, tracking updates may depend on the freight carrier and may not update as frequently as parcel shipments.

  10. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been packed, loaded, shipped, scheduled with a carrier, or otherwise processed for shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.

Shipped orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

  11. Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or qualify the customer for a full refund.

If a customer refuses delivery without our prior written approval, the customer may be responsible for original shipping charges, return freight, storage fees, redelivery fees, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and other carrier-imposed costs.

If the shipment is visibly and severely damaged, the customer may refuse delivery and Contact Us immediately with photos and carrier documentation.

  12. Delivery Inspection and Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect the shipment upon delivery and before signing the delivery receipt, bill of lading, or carrier document.

Any visible damage should be clearly noted in detail on the carrier’s delivery document, and photos should be taken before unpacking. General notes such as “subject to inspection” may not be sufficient for a freight damage claim.

If severe damage is visible, the customer may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

We will assist with carrier claims when proper documentation is provided, but failure to document visible damage at delivery may limit or prevent recovery from the carrier and may affect the available resolution.

  13. Platform Orders

If your order was placed through a third-party marketplace or platform, the shipping process may also be subject to that platform’s rules and requirements. Where platform policies apply, they may control certain shipping, cancellation, delivery, refund, or dispute procedures.
